Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM (in your time zone, flexible hours)

SUMMARY 

We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of design projects, from concept development to final execution, all while honing your skills and contributing to impactful campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

90% Graphic Design and Collaboration

Create engaging designs for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns.
Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and copywriters to execute creative concepts.
Translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet brand guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

10% Learning and Growth

Accept and apply feedback to improve designs.
Stay informed about industry trends and tools, continually refining your skills.
Contribute to maintaining design standards and processes across the team.

We’re looking for 

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
